1:1 Personal Training
Your 1:1 Personal Training will start with an In-Person or On-The-Phone Consultation with one of our Personal Trainers. During this consult, we’ll start with some initial evaluations, including:
Asking any questions you may have about the gym and/or training.
Discussion of your short and long-term goals and expectation.
Assessment of your current gym experience.
Movement assessment and posture analysis. (in-person)
Tour the gym. (in-person)
If time permits and you are willing, our trainer will do some simple assessment movements and some light training. (in-person)
From there, you and your coach will begin to establish a plan for achieving your goals safely and effectively. Together, you’ll create a personalized timeline for reaching milestones. Your trainer will also provide an overview of cardio and weight equipment (if needed) and lead you through a quick one-on-one workout to get you comfortable with the process.
