1:1 Personal Training

Your 1:1 Personal Training will start with an In-Person or On-The-Phone Consultation with one of our Personal Trainers. During this consult, we’ll start with some initial evaluations, including:

  • Asking any questions you may have about the gym and/or training.

  • Discussion of your short and long-term goals and expectation.

  • Assessment of your current gym experience.

  • Movement assessment and posture analysis. (in-person)

  • Tour the gym. (in-person)

  • If time permits and you are willing, our trainer will do some simple assessment movements and some light training. (in-person)

From there, you and your coach will begin to establish a plan for achieving your goals safely and effectively. Together, you’ll create a personalized timeline for reaching milestones. Your trainer will also provide an overview of cardio and weight equipment (if needed) and lead you through a quick one-on-one workout to get you comfortable with the process.

Personal Training is available to all our members. This is a great way to start if you are new to fitness or just been out of the game for awhile. These training sessions are designed to give you the one on one hands-on attention to help teach you the skills and techniques to become successful with your fitness goals.
