Personal Training is available to all our members. This is a great way to start if you are new to fitness or just been out of the game for awhile. The Welcome Workout
Your 1on1 or semi-private class journey can start with a Complimentary Welcome Workout with your trainer. During this class, we’ll start with some initial evaluations to determine the best program to meet your needs, including:
Discussion of your short- and long-term fitness goals
Assessment of your current fitness level
Movement assessment and posture analysis
From there, you and your coach will begin to establish a plan for achieving your goals safely and effectively. Together, you’ll create a personalized timeline for reaching milestones. Your trainer will also provide an overview of cardio and weight equipment (if needed) and lead you through a quick one-on-one workout to get your comfortable with the process.
